Psychologist
I obtained my MA degree in Psychology from the University of Pécs, specializing in Developmental and Clinical Child Psychology. During my university studies, I was primarily introduced to the psychodynamic approach, while the perspective of positive psychology is also close to me.
In my work with clients, I consider empathy, unconditional acceptance, and responsiveness to individual needs essential. I believe that psychological support involves not only exploring difficulties but also recognizing and mobilizing personal strengths and resources.
As a psychologist, I can provide support with issues including:
- difficulties and feelings of being stuck in life;
- self-awareness;
- anxiety-related difficulties;
- emotional difficulties;
- stress and challenging life circumstances.
In our work together, my aim is to help clients gain a better understanding of their situation and patterns through collaborative reflection, and to identify the coping strategies and resources that best suit their individual needs.
